New England Cruise Itinerary
Five-Night Itinerary*:

New EnglandDay One:
Board Arabella in the historic harbor of downtown Newport promptly at 4pm (luggage will be accepted at 2pm). After the “welcome aboard” on Arabella's aft deck, prepare for a Smuggler's Cocktail Cruise aboard our 1929 Elco Prohibition Era Motor yacht, the Rum Runner II.
Dinner is on your own in one of Newport 's more than fifty wonderful restaurants.

Day Two:
After an exciting sail, we arrive in Martha's Vineyard and the quaint Victorian village of Oak Bluffs . Known for its gingerbread houses and eclectic restaurants, you can spend an afternoon on the beach, or take an island tour. Dinner is on your own in Oak Bluffs.

Day Three:
Arise the next morning for an exhilarating sail to Nantucket , a beautiful island 30 miles out to sea and what was once the world's center of the whaling industry and inspiration for Melville's novel Moby Dick . Take a side trip on Arabella 's launch to a pristine secluded beach or explore on one of our kayaks.  Enjoy fine shopping along the cobblestoned streets of Nantucket 's 19th century downtown. That evening go ashore for dinner at any of Nantucket 's gourmet restaurants and enjoy the varied nightlife.

Day Four:
A late morning departure will see us on a thrilling sail to Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard , the summer playground of the rich and famous. Explore this historic town, go to the beach or maybe go on an exploration on one of Arabella 's launches to Katama or Chappaquideck . Evening will bring a beautiful sunset and cocktails followed by fine dining in picturesque Edgartown at the restaurant of your choice.

Day Five: After arising to a beautiful sunrise and hearty breakfast, we will weigh anchor and set sail for the enchanting island of Cuttyhunk . This jewel of the Elizabethean Islands has one of the most picturesque harbors in all of New England . The evening will find us on the beach for a real New England lobster bake , complete with all the trimmings the Lobster bake included in your fare.

Day Six: We make a morning departure for our exhilarating sail back to Historic Newport, Rhode Island, the sailing capital of the world. Enjoy breakfast with your shipmates on your final day under Arabella 's billowing sails. We return to Newport late morning.

The Star Spangled
Long Weekend Cruise Itinerary
Three-Night Itinerary*:

July 2: Board Arabella in the historic harbor of downtown Newport promptly at 4pm (luggage will be accepted at 2pm). Settle into your cabin and then freshen up and prepare for a welcoming Smuggler's Cocktail Cruise aboard our 1929 Elco Prohibition Era Motor yacht, the Rum Runner II , followed by dinner at your choice of Newport's more than fifty wonderful restaurants. Don't miss Newport 's wonderful mansions from the Gilded Age, its world famous Cliff Walk and the largest number of original Colonial buildings in the country.

July 3: After breakfast, we will sail North up Narragansett Bay past historic Rose Island Lighthouse and the famed Naval War College . We arrive in Bristol , RI in time for lunch. This is a perfect day for exploring the Herrshoff Museum , and scoping out the restaurants for a delicious dinner ashore. Evening on Bristol harbor is perfect for, a toast in the hot tub on deck, under the stars!

4 of JulyJuly 4: Good morning! We will have a wonderful breakfast, then set sail south down the bay. Our destination is The Rose Island Lighthouse. Built in 1869, it is a working lighthouse that was used during World Wars I and II as part of the Navy Torpedo Station where explosives were stored. Today, the inhabitants are thousands of nesting birds that are protected by the State. There are no mammals -- therefore, no ticks! We will anchor, have lunch and go ashore for a private tour. It is then short sail to Newport where we will anchor for cocktails. Dinner will be an all American cookout on board and the firework display is the perfect encore.

July 5: Awaken to the sun over historic Fort Adams and enjoy a farewell breakfast with the Captain and crew, exchanging information with your shipmates before disembarking from a refreshing and special weekend.

The Labor Day Bay

Settle into your cabin and then freshen up and prepare for a welcoming Smuggler's Cocktail Cruise aboard our 1929 Elco Prohibition Era Motor yacht, the Rum Runner II, followed by dinner at your choice of Newport's more than fifty wonderful restaurants.

Saturday, September 3: After breakfast, we will sail North up Narragansett Bay past historic Rose Island Lighthouse and the famed Naval War College. We arrive in Bristol, RI in time for lunch and to explore the Herrshoff Museum as well as one of a kind boutiques and the new harbor walk. Some very well received and nationally recognized restaurants are nestled right on the Bristol harbor.

Sunday, September 4:Sunday finds us sailing southerly down Narragansett Bay past Prudence Island in a course for Newport. Captain's discretion as we make sail to where the wind takes us! Don't miss Newport's wonderful mansions from the Gilded Age, its world famous Cliff Walk and the largest number of original Colonial buildings in the country. The Chef and crew will serve a wonderful grilled picnic dinner- in New England tradition- aboard and then it is your turn to relax under the stars, and toast the beauty on the water.

Monday, September 5: Awaken to the sun over historic Fort Adams and enjoy a farewell breakfast with the Captain and crew, exchanging information with your shipmates before disembarking from a refreshing and special weekend.
