Cancellation Policy

Deck Plan
- All cancellations for any reason must be received in writing and will be subject to a $100-per-person administrative fee. The administrative fee may be applied toward a future Classic Cruises trip within three years from date of issue.
- Cancellations occurring within 39 days of departure or nonappearance will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip unless the space can be resold. In the event the space is resold, a refund --equal to the resale value of the space-- is made after deduction of the $100-per-person administrative fee. No refunds will be made in the event of "no shows" or cancellations made on the day of sailing.
- Classic Cruises may for any reason cancel any sailing at anytime, including the event of a full-ship charter. In this event, Classic Cruises' only liability will be a refund to the passenger in the amount received for the cruise ticket. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
- All itineraries and stops are subject to the Captain's discretion and may vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
