FRENCH WEST INDIES Where and what time may I board? We will board in St. Martin, in the town of Marigot, by the Anguilla Ferry along the seawall across from the taxi stand. A crew member will be at this location from 2pm. We will be able to take your luggage at this time, and boarding will be at 4pm. If you are going to be arriving later than 4pm, please contact the office at (800-395-1343 M-F 9-5pm EST, or our shore manager at (401) 835 -2409. What should I pack? Arabella dress code is CASUAL at all times: Hat, Sunblock, Sunglasses, Shorts & short-sleeved shirts, lightweight jacket or sweater, walking shoes: for beach and land, Bathing suit. • We provide beach towels, blow dryers and snorkel gear. • All cabins have normal 110 volt plugs. • Soft sided luggage only, please pack very lightly. What if my family needs (or I need) to get in touch in case of emergency? In the case of an emergency, the office number: Mon-Fri 9-5pm, EST #800-395-1343. For after hours, our Shore Manager: #401-835 2409. Can I access the internet? Not on the boat, but there is an internet café or wifi on all of the stops. What meals are included? Breakfast and lunch are served onboard everyday and are included as well as hors d’oeuvres and a rum special in the afternoon. 3 Dinners are included, 3 are on your own. Can I bring my own alcohol? No. We have a full bar aboard and we strive to fill special requests. How should I dress? The Caribbean is a very informal, casual area—very beach and water-oriented. Shorts, T-shirts and bathing suits will most likely be your attire for the entire trip. Rubber-soled shoes aboard ARABELLA are preferable and certainly no shoes are fine as well! What time will I return to St. Martin? You will disembark in Marigot Bay late morning…..usually by 11am at the latest. If you have a flight that day, we suggest arranging one from 2pm just to be on the safe side. Hotels we have negotiated rates with for pre or post cruise: Mention Courtney & Arabella
